Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
DAZ NATURALS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at daznaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
